TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General Terms

By making a booking with Love Boats UAE (hereinafter referred to as “Love Boats”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any claims brought under these conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE.

2. Booking and Capacity

2.1. Love Boats offers two types of bookings:

• • Individual tickets
  • VIP Charter (exclusive vessel hire)

2.2. Vessel Capacity:

• • Maximum capacity per vessel: 7 persons with 1 crew and 1 Captain (9 total), 14 persons with 1 crew and 1 Captain (16 total), and 22 persons with 1 crew and 1 Captain (24 total).
  • Children under 3 years of age are not permitted on board for safety reasons

2.3. Ticket Requirements:

• • All persons must pay for admission prior to boarding
  • Valid tickets must be retained throughout the journey
  • Tickets must be presented upon request by Love Boats staff
  • Persons without valid tickets may be ejected from the vessel and its vicinity.

3. Boarding and Journey Requirements

3.1. Arrival and Timing:

• • Passengers must arrive at least 30 minutes before departure time
  • Late arrival will result in reduced ride time
  • No refunds or extensions will be provided for late arrivals

3.2. Documentation Requirements:

• • Full name, phone number, and email address must be provided at booking
  • All passengers must carry original identification (Passport, Emirates ID, or Driver’s license)
  • Life jackets must be worn by all passengers at all times

3.3. Operational Considerations:

• • Love Boats reserves the right to change vessels without affecting booking numbers or experience
  • Operations comply with UAE Coast Guard Authorities’ regulations.
  • Speed restrictions apply at designated points along the marina.

4. Medical Conditions and Restrictions

4.1. The following persons are not permitted to travel:

• • Pregnant women
  • Individuals with existing back complaints
  • Individuals with heart conditions

4.2. Passenger Obligations:

• • Must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions
  • Must inform Love Boats of any condition that may:
    
    • Cause injury during the trip
    • Be aggravated during the journey
  • Must declare any history of dizzy spells, epilepsy, back/bone conditions, or diabetes prior to booking.

5. Insurance and Liability

5.1. Love Boats shall not be liable for:

• • Loss of profit
  • Damage or loss of passenger property
  • Personal injury to passengers
  • Any other loss or damage arising from or in connection with Love Boats’ operations

5.2. This limitation of liability extends to all consequences of Love Boats’ operations, including but not limited to:

• • Direct damages
  • Indirect damages
  • Consequential losses

6. Refund Policy

6.1. Refunds for cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

• • Cancellations must be communicated via:

  • Refunds will be processed minus applicable processing fees (2.9% + 1 AED).

6.2. Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

• • Late arrivals result in missed rides.
  • Failure to meet documentation or boarding requirements.

6.3. Refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to process.

7. Modifications and Updates

Love Boats reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
