Rental Cancellations

1. Full Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled rental time will receive a full refund.
2. Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the scheduled rental time will receive a 50% refund.
3. No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled rental time are not eligible for a refund.

Weather-Related Cancellations

If Love Boats UAE cancels your reservation due to severe weather conditions or safety concerns, you will be offered the choice of:

1. Rescheduling your booking at no additional cost
2. Receiving a full refund

Equipment Returns

1. All equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
2. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.

Refund Process

1. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
2. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the booking.
